Headquartered in Central New York (Broome, Cayuga, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, St. Lawrence, Seneca, Tioga, and Tompkins).

Have an operating history of 2-years or more

The 2009 awards program will be comprised of two segments: sales or net revenues of $10 million and more; sales or net revenues of less than $10 million.

Based on nomination guidelines, list placement will be determined by percent of increase in sales and employment. Sales and employee growth weighted 2 to 1 respectively.
