Eligibility: all nominees must: 1) be independent, for-profit, and privately owned or publicly traded; 2) be headquartered in CNY (Broome, Cayuga, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, St. Lawrence, Seneca, Tioga, and Tompkins); and 3) have a 4-year operating history

The 2007 awards program will be comprised of two segments: sales of $10 million and more and sales of less than $10 million. Based on nomination guidelines, list placement will be determined by percent of increase in sales and employment. Sales and employee growth weighted 2 to 1 respectively.
